Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
Digital products are delivered electronically and are available immediately after purchase.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment partner. Estimated shipping times will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Delays
Connected Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing
• High-volume seasons
• Events outside of our control
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Connected Legacy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
