🔁 Refund Policy
Because many of our products are made to order through print-on-demand partners and because we offer digital downloads, our refund policy is as follows:
Digital Products (Downloads)
All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once access has been provided. Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final.
Print-on-Demand Physical Products
All print-on-demand items are made to order and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color selection, change of mind, ordering errors, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Lost Items
If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages) at hello@connectedlegacy.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue (including packaging, if applicable). Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for review. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Minor print placement variations, slight color differences due to screen display, and normal production tolerances are not considered defects.
Order Issues + Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, or due to being unclaimed, may require additional shipping fees for reshipment. Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to customer address errors or failure to claim the shipment.
